MOTs

We are licensed by the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and all our MOT Testers are DVSA Nominated Testers who have gone through a stringent training regime in order to qualify. Our testers are all qualified mechanics with at least four years’ experience repairing the vehicle types for which are qualified to test.

At Buxton Car Centre Service & Repairs, our MOT technicians and testers – and all members of staff – are also trained to deliver high levels of customer service.

The Department for Transport’s receommended price for an MOT £54.85, but we charge £39.50 for cars and Class 4 vans. We also aim to match or beat any genuine comparable price advertised in and around Buxton.
